Marvel Fans rejected the New Captain America ‘NotMyCap’

Can you imagine anyone other than Chris Evans as Captain America: The First Avenger? Unbelievable, right? Initially, we were also shocked so, we dig up dirt on this news. Let’s have look at what we found out!

On the 19th of March 2021, a new television mini-series was launched on Disney Hotstar naming “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” starring Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan). These two are mismatched duo who are working together as a team; going on a global adventure.

Initially, the fans were very excited because Wandavision prove to be a very good television mini-series and the same was expected from this web series. But, only after the release of the first episode fans are criticizing very badly! Why? Well in the first half of the show, we saw that Sam returned the shield to the government. The major twist came in the last when the government revealed its own Captain America. Marvel fans were dumbstruck to see a new Captain America. The fans are already going through a lot and letting go of Chris Evans as Captain America was tough for everybody but the CaptainAmerica show in the web series was totally out of line. And the fans took it by heart.

Since then, “Not my Cap” memes are trending. Instagram is getting full of memes as well as Twitter is bombarded by #NotmyCap tweets.

Our team read a lot of tweets and seeing through all that we concluded that fans are honestly not happy to see the new Captain America. The actor who played it his name is still not revealed. Inside information is that it’s Wyatt Russell. But overall fans are missing Chris Evans and the new Captain America just does not fit in the series.

The fans were also furious and disappointed with Marvel studios. How can they let anybody else take over the rule of captain America other than Chris Evans?
