On Judging Amy, Jossara Jinaro played Courtney Messina. She was Ignacio Messina’s daughter Sean Potter’s girlfriend is also depicted by a recurrent character.
According to her IMDb page, it was the aforementioned part that drew the notice of Emmy Award-winning director/producer Christopher Chulack, who put her on ER and later on Smith opposite Simon Baker.
Meanwhile, she was nominated for a GLAAD award in 2006 for her portrayal as Rae on Passions.
Jossara Jinaro also worked as a producer on a number of short films that grew into full pictures.

The husband of the actress announces her death
Matt, Jossara’s husband, shared a family photo with the news of his wife’s death.
“With profound sadness, I announce the demise of my wife, Jossara Jinaro, on this date, April 27, 2022,” he wrote in it. Jossara fought illness bravely and returned home to be surrounded by family.”
“She was still battling even in her final moments.” She is finally at peace and will be remembered for the rest of her life. Although we know she is in our hearts and guiding us every step of the way, me, Liam, and Emrys will miss her terribly,” the statement continues.
With regular posts on Facebook, the actress kept her followers up to date on her condition. She also shared photos from the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
Fans remember the late actress
Thanks to her spectacular roles on television over the years, Jossara had become a favorite of many. Fans are mourning her loss on social media.
“I’m so sorry Matt and my condolences to you and your family,” actor Jake O’Flaherty commented in response to Matt’s post. May she fly with the angels and rest in peace. She blessed everyone she met, and I’ll never forget working with her at the Whitefire Theatre because of her talent, beauty, friendliness, and generosity.”
“Please accept my heartfelt condolences for Matt, Liam, and Emrys. I’m grateful to have known Jossara, who was a wonderful person on the inside and out. May her remembrance bring you joy.”
