Travis Barker visits Robert Kardashian’s grave to ask to marry Courtney

Kris Jenner stated that Travis Barker went out of his way to ask Kourtney and Kim’s late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., for his blessing during an emotional phone chat with Kim Kardashian ahead of her Saturday Night Live debut.
Fans saw more of the moment when Travis, 46, called Kris Jenner to seek permission to marry her 43-year-old daughter on Thursday’s episode of the Hulu series The Kardashians.
“He came over and asked for her hand in marriage,” the mother says as Mario Dedivanovic applies makeup to her face, “and I was like… it was so wonderful and so tender, and then he said he went to your father’s grave and asked your father, and I just lost it.”
After a struggle with esophageal cancer, the famous lawyer died on Sept. 30, 2003.
“While I’ve had enough for all of us,” the Skims founder said as the duo made fun of Kim’s marriage history.
When did Travis Barker propose to Kourtney Kardashian?
After a year of dating, Barker, 46, proposed to the Poosh creator, 43, in October at the Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel in Monecito, Calif. He got down on one knee, surrounded by a beautiful arrangement of red roses and white candles.
While their wedding plans remain unknown, the two did offer fans a once-in-a-lifetime surprise when they married without a licence in Las Vegas. After the Grammys, Barker and Kourtney confirmed the ceremony by releasing images from their tequila-fueled night out.
The engagement of Kourtney and Travis Barker wasn’t the only dramatic component of Thursday’s programme. When the Blink-182 drummer discovered that Kourtney’s IVF egg retrieval was set for the same day as his proposal in Santa Barbara, he faced some difficulties.
“‘Do you think she’ll be able to make it to Montecito on Sunday night?’ he asks. ‘I’m not sure,’ I said.” Kris Jenner recalled something to Khloé. “He has until the 17th to do it. That’s the whole point of it all: it’s their anniversary, and this throws [their plans] into disarray. He’s completely out of his mind.”
Kris Jenner continued, “I’m not sure if the engagement will happen on Sunday.”
