T.I. Backtracks: Admits Fabricating Story of Snitching on Deceased Cousin

Tip aka T.I. responded after Boosie Badazz cancelled their joint album after Tip snitched on his deceased cousin in a recent story. The rapper-actor posted on Instagram on Tuesday, February 21, that he had just heard Boosie’s view on the matter in the now-viral DJ Vlad interview clip. Boosie could’ve simply called Tip and asked about the story if he had really wanted to know more about the story. Tip included an extended version of the clip in question. In the opinion of many, like Boosie, T.I. was no better or no worse than any other snitch if the story were true.
Also in a Vlad Interview, Boosie revealed that he hadn’t heard anything like that from the rapper in the decades they’ve been friends. Instead of believing the incident was real and T.I. was a “truthteller,” he embellished the story to get podcast views. The story, however, was embellished by T.I. Boosie dragged TIP earlier this week by insisting that his joint album with the rapper was off due to warnings from his uncle and other family members about working with Tip. As a response on Instagram, T.I. said Boosie could have called him instead of going on Vlad and blasting him.

According To T.I., The Story About Him Snitching On Boosie Badazz Deceased Cousin Is A Made-Up Story
T.I. has fired back at Boosie Badazz, who cancelled their joint album after Tip’s recent story about snitching on his dead cousin. A lengthy Instagram post the rapper-actor made on Tuesday, February 21, said that the now-viral video from his interview with DJ Vlad had given him insight into Boosie’s thoughts. In addition to the extended clip, Tip told Boosie that if he wanted to learn more about the incident, he could have just called and asked. I’m not sure if it’s you or your ‘OG Uncle’ who needs to see itā¦ but I got my paperwork ready! PULL UP!!! T.I. captioned his post. My number & my address remain the same, my n**ga. When you get on the web & talk about things you’ve never talked to me about, I’m left thinking you’ve been hiding your heart the whole time!!! I would NEVER speak ‘certain disrespect’ about an ‘IF’ homieā¦ da convict code says to pull the paperwork when in doubt!!
Now, if you haven’t done that, or if there were any questions or confusions, you could have called and askedā¦ so you could have reported back & told me ‘OG’ā¦ or you could have pulled up & checked the black & white like I’m proposing. The truth is, I’m not bound by anyone else’s opinion of me, since what they ‘think’ will NEVER overrule what I KNOW! In order to provide even more transparency on the situation, Tip denied putting his cousin in that position. According to him, his expediTIously story was “embellished.” I am able to offer an alternative perspective to how the majority is viewing things, he said. Talk about taboo topics openly. Thinking freely. Following Boosie’s cancellation of their anticipated joint album, T.I. responded. A clip of Tip admitting to pinning a gun charge on his cousin three years ago prompted the No Juice” spitta to make the decision.
