Streamer N3on found himself in hot water after a prank at the Nate Diaz vs. Jorge Masvidal press conference took a dangerous turn. Following an inflammatory question, the influencer was chased out by Diaz’s security, leading him to reconsider his controversial streaming lifestyle.

N3on, known for his attention-grabbing antics on Kick, often makes headlines for his stunts, which include getting banned, arrested, or causing chaos during his live streams. The 19-year-old managed to secure a media pass for the Diaz vs. Masvidal press conference held in Anaheim on July 3, intending to provoke the Diaz camp.

With the much-anticipated boxing match between Diaz and Masvidal set for July 6, both fighters, former UFC legends, held their final press conference. N3on, armed with his press credentials, began streaming his experience live, promising his audience an eventful stream.

“Chat, today’s gonna be f***ing insane,” he declared. “It’s not a normal stream. We are going to be a reporter. I got confirmation, I can ask whatever I want to Nate Diaz. [His] camp are fans of me bro, I met them all.”

Engaging with his young audience, N3on invited suggestions for questions but ultimately decided to go with his own. “I’m not trying to get a clip,” he assured his viewers, although his actions suggested otherwise.

Once inside the press conference, N3on seized his moment at the microphone and directed his question at Diaz: “When you do get knocked out, are you going to retire?”

Diaz’s response was immediate and hostile. “Who said that? So I know who you are. That little bi*** boy?” he retorted. “I’m gonna kick you in your fing leg, motherfer.”

Attempting to defuse the situation, N3on quickly backtracked, expressing his excitement for both fighters and his desire to see a great match. However, Diaz was unimpressed. “F*** you,” he replied bluntly.

Diaz continued his tirade, blaming “little sh** kids” like N3on for changing the times and suggesting that even his “little girls” could “f*** you up.”

The situation escalated after the press conference concluded. As N3on and his crew exited the venue, a group of men began pursuing them. They dashed across multiple streets, narrowly avoiding traffic, before finally cornering N3on in a parking lot. Although the stream briefly cut out, it appeared that N3on and his crew escaped without physical harm.

Reflecting on the incident, N3on described it as “the scariest moment of [his] life.” He recalled his desperate pleas for mercy as Diaz’s crew chased him. “Please, I’m sorry,” he repeatedly yelled.

Moments later, N3on took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his ordeal. “I almost got jumped,” he posted. “I almost got beaten to actual death by his boys. I’m about to be done with this bulls***. I just got ran after by grown ass 40-year-olds and I ran into a road with driving cars.”

In the wake of the press conference fiasco, N3on announced that he would not be attending the July 6 boxing match, fearing for his safety. The incident has left him questioning whether he should continue his controversial lifestyle as an influencer.
