Mikayla Nogueira took to her TikTok account on 24th January to share a video of herself using the new Telescopic Lift mascara by L’Oreal.
Moreover, the 44-second clip opens with the influencer stitching another creator’s video as she tries the mascara herself.
In addition, Nogueira then tries the mascara on her make-up-free eye following which she claims that other labels would have a tough time beating it.

She said, ‘I’m speechless and I’m not sure anyone’s ever going to be able to compete with this mascara.’
Besides that, she turns the camera angle towards her lashes as she mentions, ‘Look at the length. Do you see that? I am speechless.’
However, her followers were quick to notice that she seems to wear extra lashes on top of her right eyelid. Hence, she began to question whether the clip was paid or not.

However, this led YouTuber Jeffree Star to jump into the controversy. He tweeted that he would try the mascara himself and tell the truth about the product.
A user wrote, ‘Whatever they paid you wasn’t worth your reputation that you worked so hard for.’
Another said, ‘Girl… you have so many people that look up to you and trust you… why are you doing this to us.’
