Lil Reese Gets Into A Fight With A Group Of Women As Well As A Man In Chicago
Lil Reese isn’t having a good week, as he’s been captured on camera beating a bunch of women in downtown Chicago. On Friday (October 20), rumors spread that the rapper had been fatally shot in Chicago, but this was quickly refuted when a former Def Jam signee’s acquaintance uploaded proof of the “fake news” on social media. Lil Reese’s sister also resorted to Instagram Stories to deny the shooting rumors. I want you to stop sending me DMs and messages and calling me! There is nothing wrong with my brother! That shit is so old, and people are weird out here!” she wrote. The drama, however, does not end there. Lil Reese was filmed fighting with a group of women as well as a male on Saturday (October 21). The frightening video shows the rapper continuously pushing, striking, and even clutching the necks of some of the individuals involved. This isn’t the very first time the Chicago rapper (real name Tavares Lamont Taylor) has been in a fight with a woman. Lil Reese was caught on camera in 2012 violently slapping and yanking the hair of a lady who was subsequently confirmed to be his baby’s mom.
At the time, Reese turned to Twitter to say that the video was years old as well as that its release was an attempt by “haters” to “see a mf Dwn,” and he showed no remorse about his actions. However, in April 2022, he told VladTV that he repented his conduct. It would have been nice if I could have taken it back,” he said regretfully. Lil Reese says he would never have done it. However, he has been involved in several additional fights despite his claim that he is not aggressive. He was arrested in Texas for reportedly attacking a family member, only two months after stating on VladTV that he “regretted” bashing up his baby’s mom. His original booking date was May 19, 2022, based on online Harris County Jail records, and he was denied bond. His bond had been set at $60,000 five days later however was never posted. Reese’s arrest for striking a family member happened a year after he was charged with misdemeanour domestic abuse after a physical confrontation with his girlfriend. Reese was detained in May 2021, at about 10:30 p.m. local time, when police were summoned to his residence to investigate a fight.
