In his recent post, he wrote “I condemn the murder of any human. The bombings, kidnappings, and murder of the Israelis people carried out by Hamas was horrific in every way imaginable…but killing innocent humans in retaliation as collective punishment is not the answer”.

On X (formerly Twitter) an image of Macklemore wearing a costume has been grabbing everyone’s attention. A user named @still_oppressed is gaining attention by sharing a picture of Macklemore wearing a black wig, long beard, and a fake nose at an event in 2014.
Actor Seth Rogan was the one who criticized the outfit of Macklemore saying “First you trick people into thinking you’re a rapper, now you trick them into thinking you’re a Jewish”. Social media had many criticising the singer for his 2014 outfit again in the context of his recent post on the Palestine genocide.
