The break-up of Karol G and Anuel has always been a topic of controversy. They have always been in the headlines even after they broke up. Fans were so in love with the couple that they want them to patch up.
Karol and Anuel have made their significant places in the music industry. Fans were delighted to see them together but in 2021 only, they announced their break up. And people felt disheartened. But why did they break up?
Why did Karol G and Anuel break up?
The news of their breakup was given by Anuel on his Instagram live. According to his statement, they parted ways because they had different plans. However, they broke up on a good note and still share a pleasant bond.
According to Anuel’s statement, “The truth is that we aren’t together. The times that people have seen us together is because we still love each other. We tried to recover what was lost but we took our different paths. May God bless her and that she continues to achieve her dreams and goals.”
Anuel also criticized the people who were spreading rumors saying “There’s no negativity between us. We have a great relationship.”
Karol G’s reaction
After Anuel’s announcement, Karol also came to Instagram and spoke openly about her breakup. In her statement, she told of not taking their relationship to social media was just to protect it.
Telling the same reason, she said “Love you Emmanuel, my gratitude towards you, your family.. is infinite”. Also, she expressed her pleasure as she got the love when she was in the most need of it. So, from their statements, one thing is clear that they were happy with each other and now also. Well, they are not together but still have some respect and care for one another.
Glimpses of their relationship
Karol G and Anuel kept their relationship very secret and didn’t let social media interfere in it. Their relationship started in 2018 and kept it private until 2019 when they showed some glimpses of their pure bond in their music album- Secreto.
Then after the couple revealed the news of engagement which blew the social media. The fans got obsessed with their pictures and videos. Everyone liked the couple. But after staying for three years together, they both parted ways. But fans who always liked their bond and never thought of them separating can’t accept that they are not together anymore. They are still in hope that Karol G and Anuel would come together.
