The clash between Drake and Kanye is well known to everyone. And recently the clash reignited when Trippie Redd’s Betrayal song was released. The lyrics of this song were indirectly hinting at Kanye. To which, Kanye took to Instagram and answered Drake.
What did Drake say about Kanye?
The newly released song Betrayal led to a heated argument between Drake and Kanye on social media. Fans have been wondering whether the lyrics really hinted towards Kanye.
Before coming to any conclusion, let’s first analyze the lyrics of Drake. The lyrics said –“All these fools I’m beefing that I barely know Forty-five, Forty-four, Let it go, Ye ain’t changing shit for me”
In these lines, it is said that “Ye” refers to Kanye. One more fact that hints towards Kanye is the age mentioned in the lines “45-44”. Because Donda rapper belongs to same age category.
Lets talk About Kanye West Joker Message
Kanye took to Instagram and shared his response to Drake’s words in his song ‘Betrayal’. He shared a screenshot of the Joker meme messages Kanye sent in the group chat for Drake.
Their rivalry has grown to a level one never accepted. This is clearly seen in the lines of Kanye’s message which read “You will never recover. I promise you.”
However, Kanye deleted the post in a very short time after posting it. But fans have not stopped. The post has gone viral and everyone is talking about it.
The Beef Investigated
It’s not that the beef between Drake and Kanye started immediately after the song. But the one has been continuing for several years. According to NME, the beef started back in 2010 when a song came out ‘Finding your love’. This song was written by Drake and Kanye together.
We exactly don’t know what happened but we can notice the glimpses of their fight from time to time. In 2011, Drake’s statement highlighted the issue which said “My goal is to surpass everything he has accomplished. I don’t want to be as good as Kanye, I want to be better.”
After this, they both never shared a good and pleasant relationship as it was completely ruined. Drake again wrote in 2013 saying “Me and Ye just fell into this thing where we hadn’t actually talked to each other in so long that all this stuff got built up.”
Their bond went on ruining and never took a good turn. Even today, they don’t have a good relationship.
