The West Wing and ER actor John Aylward died at the age of 75. According to entertainment news source. The actor died overnight at his home in Seattle on Monday after a career spanning four decades. Mary Fields, John Aylward’s wife, informed his long-term agent Mitchell K. Stubbs of his death, which was caused by his deteriorating health.

Anspaugh worked at County General Hospital as a cardiothoracic surgeon and was also a member of the hospital’s board of directors and head of staff.
