Coco Austin’ ‘inappropriate’ Dance With 7-year-old Daughter Causes Uproar

In a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday, Coco Austin and her daughter Chanel engaged in a strange dance that fans deemed inappropriate. She captioned the video, Chanel always forces me to do these weird dances, but I just go with it. I stole it from her phone. Lol. #mommydaughter #dynamicduo. This clip shows Austin and Chanel dancing side-by-side to a remixed version of Black Eyed Peas’ “Boom Boom Pow.” Austin lifts her leg toward Chanel, who then tries to smack her mother’s butt twice. Some fans complained that the mother-daughter duo’s newest video, which has already racked up over 75,000 views on TikTok, was inappropriate for children.
The criticism has not yet been responded to by Austin. She has been criticized for her parenting skills before, however. She was most recently seen defending herself and her daughter, Ice-T’s daughter, against online trolls who took issue with the video Chanel posted showing the little girl twerking in Christmas pajamas. According to Austin, she and her family were filming a TikTok video in her front yard when Chanel ran out to break a move and make everyone laugh. Moreover, Austin was criticized recently for bathing her daughter in the kitchen sink.

Ice-T’s wife, Coco Austin, recently posted a video of herself dancing with her 7-year-old daughter, Chanel, which got negative reactions from her followers who deemed some of the steps inappropriate. ‘Ice Loves Coco’ star shared the video, much to her followers’ chagrin. Posted to her Instagram account Tuesday, April 11, Coco captioned the video: Chanel always makes me do these weird dances. To show you, I stole this from her phone. It was “#mommydaughter #dynamicduo #trending #follow,” with a string of hashtags. In coordinating black and white sets, the model and her 7-year-old daughter were seen shaking their legs in time to a remixed version of Black Eyed Peas’ ‘Boom Boom Pow’. However, social media users didn’t take kindly to Chanel’s attempts to smack her mother twice while she lifted her leg towards her. It seemed that many condemned the mother’s behaviour of dancing ‘inappropriately’ with her daughter. The commenter stated It is inappropriate for a kid or her mother. Another user stated She knows how to gain attention on social media.
A third commented, “You’re trying to make her YOU,” by making it seem like she started all these things throughout the years. “Stop doing that to your kid. Unfollow.” said the fourth. There were, however, some social media users who supported Coco Austin as well. As one user defended, I think it is great you all do such a lot together as a family. Let the haters hate. I see a happy, fun family all the time with you three (and Ice T’s kids too!) You’re so involved! You’re nurturing a healthy relationship with Chanel. Kids grow up fast, and celebrities grow up even faster than that. It is my hope that you and Chanel will always be two peas in a pod because you will always be able to share everything! PaPa Ice T will protect you both! However, her posting of videos of her daughter is not the model’s first brush with Internet critics. A similar incident occurred in November 2021, when Coco posted an Instagram reel in which she could be seen teaching her grandmother how to twerk.
