About Wonder Woman 3 she said to ComicBook.com “From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we’re gonna develop a Wonder Woman 3 together”. This gave high hopes to the fans of Wonder Woman for sure.
Is Wonder Woman 3 happening under DCU?
Although Gal Gadot hinted at Wonder Woman 3 happening. DCU has made no such announcement about the same. Moreover, DCU now is in the hands of the co-CEOs Peter Safran and James Gunn who seem to be having no plans for Wonder Woman 3.
Variety learned from a source at DC that Wonder Woman 3 is “not in development at DC Studios nor do Gunn and Safran have plans at this time for any Wonder Woman project in the new DC Universe other than their previously announced “Paradise Lost” prequel series for Max”.

The fans of Wonder Woman have been left confused about the fate of Wonder Woman 3. As Gal Gadot had hinted at the movie’s development. While DCU has made no such announcement about it. This resulted in fans reacting the same on social media.
The fans of Wonder Woman have even been slamming James Gunn for not giving clarity on the fate of the movie and lying to Gal Gadot. As one of the users on the internet wrote “Hey big surprise, Gunn lied again. He’s got to go”. While many others had a similar reaction to James Gunn.
