Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 4 – Recap

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 4 was released on 21 May 2021 titled “Cornered”. Episode 4 was directed by Saul Ruiz and written by Christian Taylor.

The episode opens up with a Bad Batch needing to land on the planet of Pantora to not only get fuel and rations but tech needs to change his ship signature so they won’t be detected. On Pantora they’re greeted by a Sullustan who offers to skip scanning their ship in exchange for a bribe. They give him credit but then he Contacts the infamous bounty Hunter Fennec Shand who’s apparently after Omega. Hunter, Echo, and Omega are in the market to try and get rations when someone offers to buy Echo assuming he is a prototype military Droid. Hunter sells Echo for credits. 

 

In the meantime, Omega runs after a dog that is grabbed by a group of war packs. Omega gets lost but is greeted by Fennec Shand who offers to help Omega find her friends. Eventually, Hunter finds a few and they get into a gunfight. Hunter tells Omega to run and Fennec knocks out Hunter and chases after her. Omega goes into a maintenance tunnel and wreckers there to greet her. Wrecker faces off against Fennec but also gets knocked out. Omega on top of the service tower almost falls off when Fennec grabs her and both of them fall into the back of a truck. Hunter chases after them on a bike and an epic chase with blaster fire ensues. Eventually, Hunter is able to grab Omega and explodes Fennec’s vehicle ending her pursuit. The episode closes with the crew leaving Pantora and then wondering who is after Omega.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 5 is scheduled to release on Friday 28 May 2021 at 3:00 am ET / 2:00 am CT on Disney+.

Star Wars: The Bad Batch is a Disney+ original series and only available for premium users. All-new episodes of Star Wars: The Bad Batch drops on the streaming service every Friday. Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 1 will consist of 16 episodes. Each episode with a runtime of around 30 minutes.
