The Law & Order Series Renewed For Season 21 At NBC After A Decade
3 min readWolf Entertainment has announced the return of The Original Law and Order Season 21 on Tuesday. It will be returning with its original reincarnation almost after a decade. The boss of Wolf Entertained Dick Wolf said that it was his dream.
Susan Rover said in his statement that Law& Order is the most iconic show of TV history. Moreover, the chairman of entertainment content for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming also said,”… and the idea of continuing its legacy and partnering with Dick on an all-new season is nothing short of exhilarating. This is great news for NBC as well as TV fans everywhere.”
Pearlena Igbokwe, chairman of Universal Studio Group said, “The return of the flagship ‘Law & Order’ series for a pivotal 21st season is a proud moment for Dick and a proud moment for us, his studio partners,” said Pearlena Igbokwe, chairman of Universal Studio Group.” Moreover, Eid is going to be the executive producer of the new flagship of “The Law and Order” with Wolf, Arthur Forney, and Peter Jankowski.
About The Original Law & Order
However, the makers have not revealed anything about the premiere or the cast members. The Original Law & Order was first used to come in 1990. And, it had some of the well-known characters in its cast. Its starting lines used to say- “the police who investigate the crimes and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders.” It was a very popular show. Law and Order got immense fame that got it nominated for more than 30 Emmys. It won The Outstanding Drama Series award in 1997. The Law and Order have also set the record of being the longest-running show ever on TV.

NBC has announced that one more ‘Lae and Order’ Series will be coming in 2021-22. The name of this series is Law and Order: For the defence. This series would analyse the defence side of the criminal justice mechanism but was dismissed during summers. And, during this time, rumours started to spread about another series.
