The title of Boruto Episode 209 is “The Outcast”. Episode 209 is directed by Yūsuke Onoda and written by Masaya Honda. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is a shonen manga series written by Ukyō Kodachi and Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto, and illustrated by Mikio Ikemoto, who also illustrated Naruto manga. The manga started serializing in 2016 in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine, Weekly Shōnen Jump. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is the anime adaption of this manga. The story is a continuation of the story of Naruto. In this Boruto, son of Naruto is the main protagonist. Boruto together with his friends fighting against Kara, an evil organization.

Baruto: Next Generations Episode 208 starts with Mitsuki who realizes that Karma can be even more dangerous than they have thought. Now in the Leaf Hospital, Uzumaki Family is seen standing near the Narutos bed and Boruto comments that his father hasn’t gained consciousness from the last two days. Between all this, Hima touches her father’s hands and realizes that it moved. After this, Naruto wakes up and says that “he got saved”. Boruto also gets happy and says that he is fortunate that he is up now, though it took a lot of time he is happy.

Now, Naruto is a bit surprised to see himself in the hospital as he was in another dimension during the war. Hinata tells him the whole story and says that it was Boruto who brought him here. Now Boruto reveals that everyone is okay but the two team members Kawaki and Sarada are critical and are getting the treatment in the next ward. So now, Boruto decides to tell Sarada about Lord Seventh’s health. Now, Sakura sees Sasuke outside the building and asks why he is there?

Meanwhile, Sakura tells Sasuke about Naruto’s health and she becomes happy. Now, Dr. Katatsuke starts treating Kawaki and in between this Sumire also joins him. Katatsuke says that the body of Kawaki isn’t replying much to the treatment as the nanomachines in his blood might be in a large number and thus they are not accepting the treatment. Dr. Katatsuke explains everything about the health of Kawaki to everyone. Meanwhile, Kawaki asks Sumire what she is holding in her hands. Sumire replies that she is holding the painkillers for her which he needs to take on time as it would improve his health and make him recover fast.

Kawaki tells she doesn’t like painkillers as they destroy and dull his senses. Dr. Katatsuke says that he would continue to treat him right and would not let him suffer. To this, Kawaki says that he has been built in such a way that he can’t die so early. Now Boruto arrives at the scene and they all gather at the Lord Seventh’s room. In the room, Shikamaru also comes and everyone starts looking at him aggressively. As he was the one who crashed their party and everyone got injured there only. Shikamaru apologizes for this and says that he will explain everything about the incident and what happened at that time that led to this. 

Now, Naruto says that they are in a race against time. Shikamaru starts talking about Jigen, who is a worthy member of a clan named Otsutsuki. He says that Jigen has ten tails and for this, Sasuke is not even able to use the Transportation to visit another world. Now, Shikadai thanks Kawaki as he saved Hokage from the other people. The episode ends with Sumire who is busy taking care of Kawaki.
