XXXTentacion murder suspects claim that Drake might have been involved

Dedrick Williams, one of the suspects in XXXTentacion’s death, is suggesting that Drake was somehow connected to the murder of the late rapper.

Dedrick Williams suggests Drake’s involvement in XXXTentacion’s murder
Dedrick Williams’ attorney Mauricio Padillio has cited the lyrics of Drake’s song that seemingly addresses the murder of XXXTentacion.
Moreover, the song is titled On BS and is a part of his latest album called Her Loss.
Nevertheless, some of the lyrics on the track go as, ‘Maybe I should break that 10, do a five, then if it gets live, do a five again/If he held his tongue on that live, he’d be alive again, damn/I never put no prices on the beef until we end this s***.’
In addition, the court documents have also included Drake’s 2018 Scorpion track which is titled, I’m Upset.
Here the 36-year-old singer sings, ‘SMS, triple X/That’s the only time I ever shoot below the neck (Skrr)/Why you keep on shooting’ if you know that n*gga dead? (Skrr).’
Meanwhile, Padillo has told that Drake is allegedly in touch with several gang members. Drake reportedly had contacts with JungleBloods Street Gang member Top5 who is detained for murder in 2021.
Padillo states in the documents, ‘In February 2021, Hassan Ali was arrested and recaptured at a Hollywood fast food outlet after removing his ankle monitor and fleeing to Los Angeles California.’
She adds, ‘[Drake’s] residence is located in Beverly Hills, California. Prior to his arrest for murder, [Top5] appeared on a podcast by DJ Akademiks and declared openly “I am Drake’s shooter. I’m not lying. Anyone disrespect Drake, I am shooting.” That was said openly and aired for millions to view on DJ Akademiks’ podcast.’
More about XXXTentacion’s alleged beef with Drake
Dedrick Williams and his legal team think that the beef between Drake and XXXTentacion began after the latter dropped his song titled KMT in 2017.
Moreover, X took to his social media handles to call out the Canadian singer. However, he later mentions that his account was hacked following the warning from Drake’s team.
If you didn’t know, XXXTentacion was shot to death outside RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida in June 2018.
Besides that, Broward prosecutors have detained four men as suspects in the murder of XXXTentacion.
Meanwhile, his murder trial is slated to begin next year on 9th January in Broward County, Florida.
