The Selling Sunset stars, Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim’s break-up news came up recently. The two were dating since July 2021. According to the reports of 21st December 2021, the famous couple drifted apart as they had different relationship goals. The two parted ways on mutual understanding and are no more together. The news got out after Jason revealed the same on his Instagram, mentioning that the two will remain best friends.
What Did Jason Oppenheim Post?
Well, to begin with, Jason mentioned that the two aren’t together anymore. He further states in his post that Chrishell was the best thing that happened to him. He adds that this relationship of theirs’ was amazing and that they both respected each other’s decisions. However, according to the reports, Stause wanted to have a child in the future, whereas, Oppenheim didn’t. Therefore, the two decided to separate.
Jason wrote on his Instagram stories after the news was revealed. He wrote, “While Chrishell and I are no longer together, we remain best friends and will always love and support one another. She was the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had, and it was the happiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life”.

Though Chrishell went solo to The People’s Choice award show. She looked stunning and gorgeous. The star wore a red evening gown and was slaying on the carpet. She was seen with her co-workers and besties Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, and Heather Rae Young El Moussa. However, the evening was not the girl’s night out. Mary and Heather came along with their husbands. Eventually, Chrishell was seen with Marvel actor Simu Liu. She had posted stories of Simu walking up the stage to receive an award, on Instagram. Stause had even posted pictures of Simu and her posing together.
This stimulated the doubt of the crowd even more and people began to question if Jason and Chrishell had a break-up. Later, Jason had visited the office where he seemed annoyed with Chrishell and Simu’s closeness and flirty behavior. Well, not to forget, Simu was a client of Chrishell in season 4 of the Selling Sunset.
No, Chrishell and Simu aren’t dating. According to the reports, Simu is not single and is dating Tina Jung since 2016. Tina and Simu were together in Beauty and the Beast and even Kim’s Convenience. Therefore, this was absolutely not the reason for Jason and Chrishell drifting apart.
