Are Tana Mongeau and Lil Xan Back Together? Are They Dating Again?

Cancelled podcast host Tana Mongeau is back with former boyfriend Lil Xan. Their reconciliation has left fans disappointed because they have had a turbulent past.
His most famous track is Betrayed, from which he gained worldwide fame. Lil Xan began his music career by posting music to SoundCloud and YouTube, where he quickly amassed a large following.
Tana Mongeau Instagram Story
Lil Xan joined her on social media, posting stories about themselves together. With regard to their updated relationship status on Instagram, Tana Mongeau asked the rapper, “Are you scared?” in a video posted to her stories.
Lil Xan looked anxious as he nodded.
Lil Xan’s ex-girlfriend Noah Cyrus has publicly feuded with the 23-year-old YouTuber. Cyrus also posted a YouTube video in which she explained that he didn’t like her. In the video, Tana Mongeau said:
“I hear from a bunch of other people that [Noah] just, like, hates me. It hurt. It still hurts.”
YouTube video posted by the “Facetime” singer in May 2019 details the start of her brief love affair with Xan. His first act of infidelity was having an affair with her, which he followed by cheating on her with Noah Cyrus – who is now her best friend.
Cyrus was reportedly not happy to see Mongeau at an event where they bumped into each other. In the video, she explains that she was standing there looking at Mongeau and it was awkward. Mongeau looked so miserable that even she had to approach them.
Noah Cyrus, however, offered an olive branch immediately. Mongeau was not hated by the singer as she confirmed in a tweet.

Tana Mongeau, probably the most popular YouTuber on the planet, has been in several relationships over the course of her career. With relationships ranging from Bella Thorne to Lil Xan to Mod Sun to Jake Paul, Tana has quite the dating history.
“I think I’m definitely at a point in my life where if the connection isn’t worth giving up so much of my time and my energy and stuff like that.” she said.
Earlier in the conversation, she spoke about how “dishonesty” is a major red flag for her. Tana tends not to hold grudges against ex-boyfriends, most of the time, anyway.
