The Dominican rapper and singer, Yailin La Más Viral, was apprehended on Thursday (Dec. 14) and faced charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, battery, property damage-criminal mischief, and obstructing justice, as outlined in a police affidavit from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest followed a response to a domestic disturbance complaint on Friday (Dec. 15) by Palm Beach deputies, as reported by NBCMiami.com. The victim, 6ix9ine, informed deputies that he and his fiancée, Yailin (birth name Jeorgina Guillermo-Diaz), had been engaged in a day-long argument due to suspicions of him looking at other women. 6ix9ine added that he attempted to leave to “cool down,” but she began physically assaulting him in the driveway, according to the report.

The Brooklyn-born rapper claimed that his fiancée grabbed him by the hair and then kicked and damaged his Bentley’s driver-side mirror. Yailin, according to 6ix9ine, allegedly destroyed the car’s gear selector and shattered a windscreen. When 6ix9ine attempted to dial 911, he claimed Yailin attacked him with a 2×4 piece of wood, smashing the phone to the ground. Yailin, on the other hand, told deputies that 6ix9ine had asked her to accompany him to a recording studio, but she declined. According to the report, she stated she couldn’t escape since he had her money, passport, and phone. According to the report, she reportedly informed investigators that she felt frustrated and “decided to kick the driver’s side mirror and hit the windscreen to cause him financial hardship since he refused to provide her money or her passport.”

According to TMZ, the Dominican rapper engaged in a domestic dispute with the controversial NYC rapper on Thursday, December 14 at his Florida home. According to the police report, officials were called to his home when she became physically violent with him. She may be seen striking him and his Bentley with what seems to be a 2×4 in videos he posted to his Instagram Stories. When questioned by police, 6ix9ine stated that he had been bickering with her throughout the day when things became physical. He accused her of hitting his Bentley’s sideview mirror and smashing the windscreen with a ground stake. He showed officers footage of the fight, including one in which she tugged on his hair. She was eventually handcuffed and brought away. She was detained on felony criminal mischief, aggravated violence, and witness tampering charges.
According to officers, she was unhappy with him because he allegedly refused to return her passport and money. She was also seen frightening 6ix9ine with a knife in a separate video that circulated on social media. According to Marca, he allegedly leaked the tapes after being accused of being physically violent to her. “Yailin isn’t doing well, she needs help,” he remarked during an Instagram Live in Spanish. “Yailin was loved and cared for. I’m on probation, and I’d never touch a woman. I’m not here to spread rumors; I’m here to clean up my name and request that this subject be handled correctly.” In October, 6ix9ine was detained in the Dominican Republic for reportedly beating two producers after a dispute over his girlfriend. Police detained him as he attempted to board a private plane bound for the United States, according to criminal lawyer Felix Portes.
