A YouTuber named Max Fosh claims to have surpassed the fortune of tech billionaire Elon Musk to become the world’s richest person. However, his reign at the top of the money table was brief, lasting only 7 minutes.

Max Fosh, who took advantage of a market capitalization loophole, realized he needed to disband his firm right away since he was being accused of fraud.

He posted a video explaining how he did it and why he had to close his firm. On paper, he claimed to be the richest person in the world for 7 minutes. The video has been seen over 5.80 lakh times at the time of writing.

What Does Max Fosh Explain?

The video demonstrated how he had established a business. “It is quite simple to establish a corporation in the United Kingdom. There’s a thing called the company’s house, and you just fill out a form” Max Fosh explained the method. But he wanted a name for the firm that ended in “Ltd.” As a result, he mockingly dubbed the company ‘Unlimited Money Ltd.’

Now he had to select what the firm will be used for: making macaroni, noodles, couscous, and other farinaceous items. “I’m not sure what farinaceous means,” he said, “but that’s what the firm does.”

Then there were shares. He settles on ten billion dollars. “If I founded and registered a business with 10 billion shares, and then sold one of those shares for 50 pounds, that would legally value my company at 500 billion pounds, making me the richest man in the world, decimating my nearest rival Elon Musk,” Mr. Fosh claimed in the video.

Finding investors, on the other hand, proved difficult. On a London street, the YouTuber set up shop with two seats and a table.

“Despite my passionate pitch,” he recalls, “the no’s kept coming.”

After a few disappointments, he got his first investor – a woman who bought one share for 50 pounds.

“Why do you want to invest in this company?” he says. “On a whim, I feel like it’s meant to be, and I’ll get something out of it someday,” she says.

A Letter From The Authorities

Trouble soon followed Max Fosh was seen in the video getting a letter, probably from the authorities. It said, “Based on the information supplied to us, the market capitalization of Unlimited Money Ltd has been estimated to be 500 billion pounds. There is a strong possibility that you are being suspected of fraudulent behavior due to a lack of revenue activity. As a result, we strongly advise that Unlimited Money Limited be dissolved as soon as possible.”

Mr. Fosh did just that. However, the YouTuber claimed to be the world’s richest man for 7 minutes.
