According to E! Angela Kukawski was found dead in her car in Simi Valley, California, on December 23, 2021. This is the second time this month that she has been reported missing.
Case of Homicide
An investigation was conducted on December 23 on Patricia Ave in Simi Valley by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department and Simi Valley Police Department. It was discovered that a 50-year-old woman had been found deceased in Kukawski’s car, parked on the street.
Angela Kukawski’s body was positively identified as hers, and she had suffered a stab wound, according to Angelino News. An investigation into her death led to a murder charge.
Who is the murder suspect?
Angela Kukawski’s remains were discovered several days after a suspect in the case was detained. On suspicion of murder, Jason Barker, 49, was arrested and placed into the Van Nuys Jail. His name was Kukawski, and he was Kukawski’s boyfriend.
The District Attorney’s Office did not immediately furnish any details regarding the charges filed against Jason Barker.
Jason Barker is currently being held on $3.07 million bails according to the Ventura County jail.
Jason Barker is suspected to have slain Kukawski inside his Sherman Oaks house. After that, she stuffed her body into her car and drove it to Simi Valley, where it was abandoned.
Authorities discovered Barker at an apartment on the same block where Kukawski’s car was also found, according to the New York Post.
Barker was detained without difficulty after discovering that the apartment owner was a relative. Jason Barker has been charged with torture and premeditated murder, according to the Los Angeles Times.
