Contributor to Forbes Heather Morgan and her husband Ilya Lichtenstein have been arrested on suspicion of attempting to launder stolen Bitcoin worth $4.5 billion in Manhattan.
In 2016, in Hong Kong, an infamous hack of Bitfinex led to the theft of 119,754 digital currency. It was allegedly cashed out by the couple.
The stolen cryptocurrency was reported to have been spent on gold, NFTs, and a $500 Walmart gift card, according to a criminal complaint.
The thieves employed a variety of sophisticated laundering techniques, including creating fake online accounts and moving money through the dark web, to attempt their massive theft. They also discovered a file named “passport_ideas” on their computer and a bag labeled “burner phones” in their apartment.
Upon conviction for money laundering and attempting to defraud the United States, Morgan and Lichtenstein would be facing a maximum sentence of 25 years.
How old is she?
According to the 31-year-old economist, she wanted to become a rapper, a writer, and an influencer. During Heather Morgan’s attempt to conquer the internet, she left a trail of videos on TikTok. During one of them, she was heard singing, “Yes, that was cheesy/at least I’m not sleazy.”
She has continued performing under the name Razzlekhan ever since.

The LinkedIn profile for Heather Morgan mentions that she received her bachelor’s degree in economics from UC Davis. An online profile describes her as an “entrepreneur, investor, surrealist artist, and rapper.”

She also indicated that she has experience in inside sales and e-mail marketing.
She has written articles for Inc and Forbes as the self-professed Crocodile of Wall Street. Interestingly enough, she wrote an article titled “Protect Your Business from Cybercriminals” for the former.
Morgan has also created rap videos and unboxing videos on her YouTube channel. Her platform also contains reviews of 13 different kinds of aluminum-free deodorants.

Who is Ilya Lichtenstein?
He holds dual citizenship in the United States and Russia. In addition to completing his studies in psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Ilya Lichtenstein worked in the marketing field as a side job. Among their investors was billionaire Mark Cuban, who allegedly founded the company MixRank.
In the year 2019, Lichtenstein got engaged to Heather Morgan and their wedding took place last year. According to the former, in his Facebook post, he described his bride as his “best friend” and “the woman of his dreams.”
He also described her as “not just a successful entrepreneur” but also a “fearless rapper.”
