What is the Wells Fargo lawsuit?

Wendy Williams has been battling with Wells Fargo for most of this year. She was denied access to her insignificant accounts while being off the air owing to Graves disease and other health issues.

During a video broadcast she held online back in March she accused her former manager Bernie Young of taking $100,000 from her bank account to give a guardianship established.

The ‘ How You Doin’ host stated, ‘I want my money, this is not fair.’

The multinational financial services organization blocked all its accounts of Williams after a former advisor raised concerns over her ‘unsound mind’.

The bank released a statement back in March when they appointed a temporary guardian.

They said, ‘Wells Fargo’s priority is the financial well-being of Ms. Williams and the preservation of her privacy.’

The back further added, ‘As we have expressed to the Court, Wells Fargo is open to working with Ms. Williams’ counsel to release funds directly to her creditors for bills historically and regularly paid from her accounts.’
