In the video where both Vikram and KSI were on their journey to Istanbul, KSI asked Vik about him throwing up in the toilet. To which Vik replied, “Yeah. So for those who don’t know, I have an autoimmune condition called Crohn’s, which is effectively where your immune system attacks the cells in your gut, causing all sorts of issues and illnesses.”

He said, “Pretty much on the flight, I started feeling terrible, stomach pain, not great at all. It can get pretty bad. I’ve been in and out of the hospital for a while.”
