Tate Brothers and the allegations against them
Andrew Tate for his remarks has always been in the spotlight. He even faced backlash for it that resulted eventually in his ban on social media. However, it was recently when again Andrew was grabbing everyone’s attention. Well, both Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested by the Romanian authorities.
The charges over them for their arrest were of human trafficking, sexual assault, and more. Two other women having a connection with Tate were arrested post that. While both had to stay in Romanian custody for 30 days. The recent court hearing even came up with some action on the Tate brothers.
Tate brothers to remain in custody after denial of detainment appeal
Related to the Tate brothers’ arrest it was recently that the duo appeared before the judges in the Bucharest court on 10th Jan. Both Tate brothers appeared in the court to appeal for their detainment. Which was denied by the court. After the denial by the court now the Tate brothers would stay in custody for 30 days.

Meanwhile, from the Tate brothers’ side, the appeal was made that they need to be set free as they have kids to look after. Further, Andrew Tate was recently hospitalized too while in custody for a medical issue. As per this Andrew has developed a long nodule that needs to treat. Andrew’s ailment was added too in the appeal before the judges. However, it was denied.
Appeal made by Tate brothers in the court
It was on 10th Jan 2023 that the Tate brothers appeared before the judges in the court. Appealing over their detainment they asked for leaving them free for the sake of their kids’ care. Andrew’s recent lung ailment too was another reason cited. As it was said that in custody he can’t get good treatment.

Meanwhile, as per the reports from SpyNews, the Tate brothers even asked for getting back their seized luxury vehicles. However, what the court said about the same isn’t known yet. The video of the Tate brothers appearing in court however has been going viral on the internet. While now they will have to stay in the custody after detainment appeal denied by the court.
