Here is everything you need to know.
Amber Heard removed from the United Nations Human Rights Commission
On 24th June, a Reddit user called u/ReviewEquivalent1266 revealed that the United Nations Human Rights Commission had ‘finally removed’ Amber Heard’s page from their website.
The post further added that the organization might have decided that the 36-year-old star was ‘no longer fit to be a champion for domestic abuse victims.’
The Reddit post came alongside supposedly an official notice by the High Commissioner of the UN Human Rights Office.
It said, ‘Shortly after the United Nations Human Rights High Commissioner parted ways with Amber Heard the UN made it clear they stood with victims of domestic violence regardless of the victim’s gender identity.’
Where’s the @ACLU? They were happy to back Amber Heard writing an op-ed on domestic abuse and pledge money to them but when she needs help and support they are nowhere to be seen. Deeds not words.

Regardless, further into the post, the user explained that it was a meme.
UN is yet to release a statement about whether they will remove the Aquaman actress from her ambassadorship.
Moreover, Heard’s UN page remains unseen for now however the organization continues to follow the actress on Instagram.

One user shared, ‘ACLU likes to get their money. Anyone can be a champion for them Even Abusers’.
Another mentioned, ‘YOUR TURN ACLU. I’ve already lost respect for them but if they want any hope of staying reputable they need to remove her.’
A Twitter user said, ‘United Nations High Commissioner has parted ways with Amber Heard says she is unfit. They will still represent genuine victims. ACLU it’s time you stopped paying an abuser 33,000$$$$ per talk. Dirty filthy hypocrites.’
During the six-week trial, Heard confessed that she is yet to donate her divorce settlement amount to the ACLU as she has promised in her past interview.
