After Morgpie’s recent stream went viral, featuring seemingly topless content, the OnlyFans model was banned from the platform. The stream caused both the platform and the streamer to face criticism for the content posted on Twitch.

Twitch brings updates on sexual content after outrage on recent topless content

Users on Twitch provided feedback to the platform on how to handle sexual content. Following this, Twitch implemented new updates on December 13th. Twitch shared a detailed post outlining the updates that are now in effect.

According to the new update, Twitch will now permit “content that deliberately highlights breasts, buttocks, or pelvic region, even when fully clothed.” However, the conditions for such content remain, and it has to be appropriately labeled.

The other labeled type of content to be now allowed on Twitch is “fictionalized…..fully exposed female presenting breasts and/ or genitals or buttocks regardless of gender”. Also it includes, “body writing on female-presenting breasts and/or buttocks regardless of gender” and “erotic dances that involve disrobing or disrobing gestures, such as strip teases”.

While many other types of content will also be allowed on Twitch, you can check the website’s guidelines page for more information.
