Popular social media app TikTok is having some issues as lately users have been complaining about the “No internet connection” error in the app. Well, TikTok over time has become one of the first choices for users. Be it celebs or common people, all are fond of using the app. Yet, nowadays there’s something troubling them. But what exactly is the issue with Tiktok?

We found several TikTok users on Twitter complaining about the login issue into their TikTok accounts. Recently, we saw users of TikTok saying that they have not been able to login due to a message popping up every time saying “No internet connection”.
How to fix the “No internet connection” error of TikTok?
Though TikTok users have been complaining about the “No internet connection” error on TikTok. Yet, we haven’t got any response from Tiktok over this error. However, it seems that this error might actually be a bug. Which might get solved with some tricks.
In case, you too are facing this issue of “No internet connection” error then make sure to get your app’s cache cleared, or else you might need to update your TikTok app as well. As both these can result in problems in using TikTok.
How to update TikTok or clear the cache of the app?
To update your TikTok app, all you need to do is go to the app store or Play Store to find the TikTok app, and there you can click on the app to find the update option. Get that updated from there. Further, if the problem still remains after updating the app. Then do clear the cache of the app.
To clear the cache of the app, you need to go to “Settings” on the phone. Then find the option “Apps” and click on it. After that find TikTok among the app list and click on it. There you will find the option of clearing the cache or clearing the storage. After clicking on that your TikTok’s cache will get cleared. Post which your Tiktok may work properly.
