Here’s how. Playing video games at home and staying at home without having to deal with my boss asking me for sex is a great deal for me. That’s how it’s better for my mental health, said Van Dien. Her management was informed about the incident, which she explained was handled correctly. Additionally, she had the support of a co-star. Van Dien, whose parents are actors Casper Van Dien and Carrie Mitchum, has appeared in recent films such as V for Vengeance and Roost, as well as upcoming films The Fix and Aaah! Her other roles include playing Chrissy Cunningham in Stranger Things season 4 and playing Sharon Tate in Charlie Says.
“it just wasn’t looking too up. and then stranger things came out, and my whole life changed. and it’s crazy cause i’m in like less than ten minutes of it and my whole life changed”

After Gross Encounters With Producers, Grace Van Dien Has Turned Down Acting Jobs
The hit Netflix series Stranger Things starred Grace Van Dien as doomed cheerleader Chrissy Cunningham, but she has not always enjoyed Hollywood life. She said that following some awful industry experiences – including working with a movie producer who propositioned her for a threesome – she has turned down acting projects and focused more on streaming. It’s true that I haven’t had the best experiences with some of the people I have h ad to work with for the last few projects I worked on, Grace Van Dien said. Furthermore, streaming allows me to choose who I talk to, who I hang out with, etc. She continued, In one of the last movies I did, one of the producers asked me to have a threesome with a girl he was sleeping with. She asked me to do it, and I didn’t. I cried and I was so upset. I was there with my castmate and she asked, ‘Did I just hear that correctly?’ I said yes, and then she asked, ‘Want to go for a walk? ‘ I said yes, and then we just went for a miserable walk. Van Dien said we cried a lot during that shoot.
Because of this, I’m going to stick with streaming for a little while, and I hope it won’t interfere with your plans, but I’m happy here, she said. In addition, I am developing my own projects, and I am hoping someone will fund them. Having my own set allows me to control the set, plus I won’t have to ask my actors to sleep with me, so that’s cool, right? Besides playing Chrissy on Stranger Things, Van Dien has appeared on shows such as White Famous, The Village, and The Rookie, as well as in a number of films. As the great-granddaughter of Robert Mitchum and the daughter of Starship Troopers actor Caspar Van Dien, she comes from an acting family. Additionally, she is a well-known Twitch streamer, and she continues to impress her 280,000+ fans with her skill in games like Valorant, Fortnite, The Forest, and Overwatch. Van Dien tweeted Thursday that her professional priorities have changed as she’s gotten older, and she’s waiting for the right projects/people to work with. It’s nice to feel calm, she said.
i support and stand with her, nobody should go through or deal with that ever

Grace, you REALLY don't deserve this disrespect and griminess on your back. You being on 'Stranger Things' was a blessing this summer. I hate that the opportunity is being used to violate you.

This poor young lady. Hollywood is a dark place. This is sad and sadly doesn't surprise me. I hope she reconsiders and doesn't give up on her dreams, and good for her for being brave enough to speak out. #MeToo

That’s so sad and the prevalence of this in the industry is something men will never understand. Unfortunately twitch isn’t really a safer space for women so I hope she does ok
