It appears the Meta Gala function will be Kim Kardashian and sisters free this year! Fresh reports claim that the Kim Kardashian and sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney, as well as their mother Kris, and stepsisters, Kylie and Kendall, may not receive an invitation to this year’s fashion event on May 1. Meta Gala is held every year at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Anna Wintour, the editor of Vogue, reportedly represses an annual fashion event guest list. Apparently, the famous family didn’t make the cut, according to Page Six. In a report by IANS, a source familiar with ‘The Kardashians’ stars denied the rumours, saying they weren’t invited to the big ball.

Vogue refused to comment. For the first time in 2013, the whole reality star family joined the gala. Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian both attended their first Met Gala last year, while Kim Kardashian attended her first in 2013. As well as the first time their mom Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner were on the red carpet together, the 2022 event marked the first time the whole family was on the carpet together. Khloe had previously addressed reports that she had been snubbed. It was revealed in an episode of ‘The Kardashians’ that the Good American founder had actually turned down past Met Gala invitations, explaining, I don’t like red carpets.

There may be no Kardashian-Jenners at the upcoming Met Gala. The guest list for Vogue head Anna Wintour’s annual fashion event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 1 will be repressed, according to a new report. The famous family didn’t make the cut, a source told Page Six. Despite Vogue’s refusal to comment, an insider close to ‘The Kardashians’ stars denies the rumours, insisting that the first family of reality TV was not invited to the prestigious event. At the Met Gala in 2022, Kim made headlines with her outfit choice. She stunned people by wearing Marilyn Monroe’s ‘Happy Birthday’ dress, which she borrowed specifically for the occasion. During the evening, the reality star changed into a replica after wearing the original dress for only a few minutes. It has a lot of meaning to American history, and I am extremely respectful of it. Kim, who shared that she lost 21 pounds to fit into the iconic dress, said she would never sit in it or eat in it.
She also wouldn’t wear the kind of body makeup she usually wears. I had to practice walking up the stairs and everything had to be timed precisely. During the preparations for the 2023 Met Gala, reports are surfacing that KarJenner will not be at the event for the first time in a decade. Could the rumours be true, despite their seeming absurdity? The short answer is: probably not. In the first place, the report seems somewhat questionable. In the past few years, the KarJenners have become as closely associated with the Met Gala as Blake Lively, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Anna Wintour. After many years of waiting for an invite, Kim is proving she has no plans to give it up. She has been at the event every year since 2013. Both parties have benefited from the relationship. Attending one of the biggest fashion events of the year boosts the KarJenner brand, and the Met Gala benefits from the publicity that follows the family everywhere they go.
