What exactly transpired between ABC weatherman Rob Marciano and his colleague is unclear, but he had been dealing with anger management issues after separating from his wife. People were uncomfortable around him.

According to the second source, there were some issues and a number of alarming events during that period. After the alleged incident with a female colleague, Marciano was taken off the air for a month by the network’s employee relations department. After several months, “GMA” executive producer Simone Swink still won’t let him back into the studio. Michael Corn, the network’s former boss, was fired after allegations that he sexually assaulted two women, which led to Swink’s appointment. Since then, she has been “running a very tight ship” and does not want distractions from the show.
