Rapper Ice Spice is responding to unreleased music that has been making the rounds online. Ice Spice and Lil Tjay have been teasing a new song, which surfaced online on Tuesday (Jan. 10). “Gangsta Boo” features Spice rapping over samples of Loon, Ginuwine, and Mario Winans’ 2002 track I Need a Girl (Part 2). The song leak has been responded to on social media by Ice Spice. This is a bop tho, stop leaking my shit, she tweeted, adding heart eyes and fire emojis to her post.

The newcomer isn’t the first to address leaks online. A sex tape leak in October 2022 prompted Spice to respond via Twitter. A collaboration between Ice Spice and Lil Tjay may have taken a while in the making. Their joint effort last November included giving away turkeys in the Bronx. Spice dropped her latest single “In Ha Mood” on streaming services last week. This song follows the release of the song “Bikini Bottom” in October of 2022.
