Reports say a Covid-19 scam that took place in the year 2020 had the involvement of Baby Blue. With context to that scam, a verdict has been passed by the law and order for the rapper.

Concerning the Court documents that were acquired on 20th December by XXL, a statement has been confirmed that Baby Blue is sentenced to 20 months imprisonment on 16th December. This punishment was put on him with the legal charges of Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud.

A fine amount of $1,111,345.23 is also charged on Baby Blue that he has to pay in restitution. As per sources, he was asked to surrender himself at the United States Marshal in this southern district of Florida or the institution designated by the Bureau of prisons or a facility near Atlanta, Georgia on 7th February 2022 before 2:00 PM.

Baby Blue is a rapper and is also well known with his name Baby Blue Smith. He is a group member of Pretty Ricky. Their group is popular in the USA which was reportedly formed in the year 1997.

As of 2021, Blue is a 36-year-old American rapper. He was born on 13th August 1984 with the name Diamond Blue Smith. His birthplace is Miami, Florida and he follows the nationality of America. As per sources, his ethnicity is African-American.

Blue received approximately $24 million. He was asked by the law to appear in court in October 2021. One more charge was put on him for using fake documents for the sake of his company named Throwbackjersey.com LLC, which would get him a $426,717 PPP Loan.

Further for the Blue Star records LLC, Baby Blue used fake documents for getting a loan of $708,065. Reportedly he withdrew some amount and then purchased a Ferrari that was taken under custody by the officials.

As per reports in that scam around 90 fraudulent applications were used. All the payments received by the rapper were illegal. This scam was investigated by IRS criminal investigation Miami and Cincinnati, the FBI in Miami and Cleveland, and the Small Business Association’s Office of Inspector General.
