NeNe Leakes is being dragged into a court battle by her boyfriend’s wife.
According to the new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the wife is accusing the television personality of allegedly sleeping with her husband which eventually fractured their marriage.

NeNe Leakes was accused of sleeping with a married man
Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh recently filed a lawsuit against NeNe Leakes and her now-boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh. She claims that the couple slept with each other while Nyonisela was still married to her.
Tehmeh continued that the 54-year-old actress shared an intimate picture of her and Nyonisela which humiliated Tehmeh a lot. She added that it collapsed her relationship with her husb and.
Tehmeh went on to claim that because of NeNe she suffered from psychological disorders such as emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.
If you are not already aware, North Carolina is one of the seven US states where an individual can file a lawsuit against their spouse for having an extramarital affair over the alienation of affection.
While most of the states in the USA have disallowed such cases because it is a game of love.
Tehmeh is gunning to obtain more than $100 thousand from the libel suit.
NeNe Leakes sued the ‘Real Housewives’ team
NeNe Leakes is no stranger to lawsuits.
The star became the talk of the town after she sued Bravo, NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, and Truly Original and Real Housewives producer Andy Cohen for being a toxic workplace. She filed a formal complaint against the defendants on 16th April 2022.
The filing claims, ‘NBC, Bravo, and True foster a corporate and workplace culture in which racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated- if not, encouraged.’
NeNe’s attorney David DeRubertis said alleged, ‘From the day the series began filming, NeNe was the target of systemic racism from co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, which was tolerated by Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen and other executives.’
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta actress claims that she is being ‘silenced’ by the network after she sued them.
She spoke to TMZ, ‘If you have not worked in more than three years when all of a sudden you are working and sought-after, then suddenly you’re not working, it’s being blacklisted. I haven’t caused any problems on any sets. Everybody I’ve ever worked with, I’ve had a good work relationship with except for this group of people.’
