Megan Thee Stallion took to social media to announce that she is taking a break.
She wrote, ‘Hotties I’m really sorry but after SNL I really gotta take a break I’m so tired, physically and emotionally.’
Furthermore, the 27-year-old singer added, ‘Material things can be replaced but I’m glad everyone is safe.’
The Hot Girl Summer rapper’s revelation comes after her Los Angeles home was robbed while she was gearing up for her hosting duties at Saturday Night Live in New York City.

According to an article in TMZ, a pair of burglars smashed the backdoor of Megan’s home and made their way to her bedroom. The thieves were reportedly wearing hoodies and gloves.
Moreover, sources have claimed that the suspects left the place with $300,000 to $400,000 in cash as well as electronics and jewelry.
The Wap singer hosted Saturday Night Live for the first but is appearing for the second time on the show. She made her debut on the series as an official musical guest.
In addition, it seemed like Megan will address the unfortunate incident during her opening monologue on SNL.
However, she began with a joke saying, ‘I would like to address a certain incident that I’m sure is on everybody’s mind.’

What happened between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez?

Back in July 2020, Tory Lanez was charged with assault after Megan Thee Stallion claimed that the rapper shot her.
The Texas native singer added that an argument broke out among Lanez, his bodyguard, and Kelsey Harris when she said that she no longer wanted to go with them.
Megan further revealed that the Say It singer fired multiple shots at her feet when she left the car.
The 30-year-old Canadian crooner was originally detained for carrying a concealed weapon. Regardless, after investigation, Lanez’s charges were raised to one felony assault count with a semiautomatic weapon.
Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, also known as Tory Lanez, continues to plead guilty to Megan’s allegations.
