The chatbot was launched for beta testing on May 2, 2023, and users were charged $1 per minute for use. AI-powered doppelgangers are available for all virtual interactions, from casual conversations to NSFW conversations. It was reported by Fortune that CarynAI generated a record $71,610 in revenue in a week, mostly with male users. According to the magazine, Marjorie’s business manager provided an income statement.
