In an interview with Jam Press, she said that was hoping to get a lip injection for her 27th time this coming Christmas. She reveals that the injection was a part of a bigger goal that was to make her look more like a Bratz Doll. Andrea Ivanova is 24 years old and is from Sofia, Bulgaria. She is the woman with the biggest lips in the whole wide world. Though she says that wants to further make her lips bigger this Christmas.
She has spent more than £5,000 on her lip procedure only. But the lips are not the only thing she wants. She is also looking forward to a face lengthening and contouring procedure that will alter her chin and jawline. This procedure will cost her something around £500.
Her motive for her next plastic surgery will be to resemble her more like a Brats doll and shape and enlarge her cheekbones.

The cost of one of her lip injections is reported to be $265 USD. Andrea has therefore spent more than $5,000 on her lips, she also has no intention to stop it now and wants to get one more this Christmas.
