Latto’s song Lottery debuts at no. 83 on chart

Latto took to Twitter on 27th February Monday to share with her fans that her most recent song Lottery ranked 83rd on the Billboard Hot 100.

Moreover, her Congolese-Canadian collaborator, LU KALA joined the celebrations while commenting on the post.

She wrote, ‘This is my 1st time ever charting, I’m crying. Wow!’

However, it seems like not everyone with impressed with the song’s success as they trolled the Big Energy hitmaker for her chart position.

A since-deleted tweet of a user read, ‘You’re 83# and you’re celebrating. Girl, you’re really ridiculous. In your place, I won’t do that and you dare to say you’re a flourishing rapper.’

Latto addresses her online beef with Nicki Minaj

Latto sat down with Billboard recently and was featured on the publication’s latest cover story which was released on 24th February Friday.

Additionally, the Atlanta rhymer opened up about her infamous spat with Nicki Minaj that took place last October on Twitter

She said, ‘It’s difficult navigating through situations like that because there’s a disconnect. I will look at myself as a fan of someone and they will view [me] in a whole different light.’

Consequently, she added, ‘It’s disappointing. You just got to take it to the chin and keep pushing.’

Meanwhile, their feud came after Minaj referred to Latto’s hit single Big Energy during a rant.

It supposedly began after The Recording Academy removed Minaj’s hit song Super Freaky Girl from the rap category for Grammys nominations.

Latto on the other hand responded by sharing private messages that led to an explosive back-and-forth between the two rappers on the social media platform.
