Jay Cutler’s now-former wife Kristin Cavallari hints that he may have violated the terms of their divorce settlement already.
Cavallari’s remark comes after the ex-NFL star opened up about their divorce settlement in a recent episode of the ‘Uncut with Jay Cutler’ podcast.

TMZ caught up with Kristin Cavallari at the LAX airport in Los Angeles. The media outlet pestered her with questions related to her divorce from Jay Cutler.
The former NFL quarterback talked about their divorce in a recent episode of his podcast. In one of his statements, Cutler confirmed that when the settlement was finalized he ‘threw a party’.
Regardless, the fashion entrepreneur for her part kept silent on her divorce. However, Cavallari revealed that she does not think she is allowed to discuss it.
The statement might have implied that a non-disclosure agreement was a part of their settlement and Cutler should not be freely babbling about it either.
When the cameraman questioned Cavallari about Cutler being in a party mode ever since their divorce, the former Laguna Beach star did not hold back.
The gossip site asked Cavallari whether she will host her post-divorce party bash. The 35-year-old author responded with, ‘I have been partying for 2 years straight.’ It can be seen as a not-so-subtle reference to April 2020 when Cutler filed for a divorce.

Jay Cutler made quite a few declarations over his divorce on an episode of the ‘Uncut with Jay Cutler’ podcast.
The star admitted, ‘When the settlement came through, I threw a party.’
He continued, ‘I don’t recommend divorce for anybody. I’m just gonna go ahead and say that, but, it worked out. It worked out for Kristin. It worked out for me, so it is what it is.’
Cutler further mentioned that his bank account did not take a hit after his divorce with Cavallari was finalized.
Cutler and Cavallari first met each other at a Chicago Bears preseason game in 2010. They officially tied the knot in June 2013. However, after a decade-long relationship they called it quits in April 2020.
The pair are parents to three children: 9-year-old Camden, 8-year-old Jaxon, and 6-year-old Saylor. Both celebrities have agreed to share joint custody of their kids.
