Supermodel Kendall Jenner recently opened up about the striking similarities between her life and that of Disney Channel’s iconic character, Hannah Montana, played by Miley Cyrus. In an insightful podcast interview, Jenner, 28, reflected on her unique childhood, marked by both fame and a quest for normalcy, as reported by E! News.

Kendall Jenner, who rose to prominence at the tender age of 10 when “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” first aired, likened her experience to living a double life, much like Hannah Montana. “It’s a little Hannah Montana-y in a way,” Jenner shared. However, unlike the character who led a secret life as a pop star, Jenner faced the public eye without any disguise. “I didn’t have a disguise, or I didn’t have a physical shift,” she added, highlighting the transparency of her life in the spotlight.

Despite the overwhelming fame, Jenner and her sister Kylie managed to maintain aspects of a typical childhood. “We went to school as long as we could,” Jenner explained. “I started home school in 11th and 12th grade.” The routine of attending regular school and maintaining pre-show friendships provided a sense of stability amid their burgeoning fame.

Reflecting on the challenges of growing up in the public eye, Kendall Jenner acknowledged the adult pressures she and Kylie faced early on. “We had to handle very adult things at a really young age,” she noted. However, she expressed gratitude for the support and stability provided by her family. “Overall, I am really grateful because I think it could have been a lot worse,” Jenner shared.

The stability and love from her family were pivotal in helping her and Kylie navigate their unconventional upbringing. “We had a lot of stability, a lot of love, and a really great support system and really great friends. So it felt like we could remove ourselves a lot of the time and be normal,” she added.

Kendall Jenner also credited her older siblings—Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian—with providing valuable guidance. “There’s also an aspect of us being really grateful that we had older siblings that we got to see do things before us and lead us in a way,” she said.

On the topic of her high-profile relationships, including recent connections with exes Bad Bunny and Devin Booker, Jenner emphasized her desire for privacy. “I try to find the balance of keeping things private and keeping things sacred,” she mentioned in a previous magazine interview, according to E! News. She strives to handle relationships away from the public eye, believing it to be a healthier approach.

Recently, Jenner and Bad Bunny were spotted together in Paris, sparking speculation about their relationship status. The two attended the same Met Gala after-party and dined together with Gigi Hadid, as reported by E! News. Additionally, Jenner and her ex Devin Booker were both present at the Paris Olympics, further fueling rumors with subtle social media posts.

In a 2023 interview with WSJ. Magazine, Jenner spoke candidly about coming to terms with her public life. “I was born into this life, but I didn’t choose this life. I’m not built for this by any means. I’m not good at it. I do it, and I’ve learned how to do it,” she revealed, highlighting the ongoing adjustments she has made throughout her career.

Kendall Jenner’s reflections offer a poignant glimpse into the complexities of growing up in the spotlight, underscoring her resilience and the support system that has helped her navigate her unique journey.
