In 2017, Yein starred in a minor role in the Korean version of Criminal Minds. In 2018, she appeared as a special emcee on “Get It Beauty” for OnStlye. She completed King of Mask Singer in 2019. Yein reveals her identity as she sang Soyou’s I Miss You and revealing she is not the main vocalist of the group.
She signed with Woollim Entertainment in 2014, and it took 4 months for her to train as a lead dancer; and vocalist for the K-Pop girl group called, Lovelyz (8 member group). When the group joins and pre-releases their single; becomes indeed a massive hit on 2014, November 14th. The title is “Good night Like Yesterday”.
Later, the first studio album title ‘Girls” Invasion announcement on November 17th. The album has 9 tracks, including “Candy Jelly Love”, “Getaway”, “Delight”.

In 2018, Lovelyz released their 5th EP called Sanctuary with a lead singer Lost and found Later in 2019, they follow up the single of EP Sanctuary.
Their Sixth EP is Once Upon a Time with the lead “beautiful days”. They joined as a cast of a TV Program “Queendom” on 20, May 2019.
Their latest and 7th EP on September 1st, called Unforgettable with the lead single “Obliviate”.
