Julia Fox and Amber Rose recently got together for an interview where they opened up about their relationship with Kanye West. 

For the unversed, the duo appeared in an episode of the Forbidden Fruits with Julia Fox and Niki Takesh podcast which was released on 23rd March.

Rose went out with West for two years before calling it quits in 2010. Moreover, she described it as an experience that forced her into the spotlight.

She said, ‘I don’t shy away from that because it is a really big part of my story and how I became famous,’

The 39-year-old continued, ‘I was the girlfriend and then all of a sudden I was by myself walking around and paparazzi would follow me around, alone, and I would say “I’m not famous, he’s not with me.”‘

Furthermore, Fox also chimed in to give her take on the whirlwind romance she had with West after his breakup with his wife Kim Kardashian.

She mentioned, ‘I have a theory that he has always been the same, kind of, and it’s getting more extreme.’

The Uncut Gems star added. ‘I feel like he has always just had really lofting dreams and always kind of pushing the envelope as much as he can, pushing the boundaries—like if you tell the man no, he is going to find a way to get yes.’

Kanye West tied the knot with Kim Kardashian in 2014. The pair then went on to have four children together: daughters North, and Chicago, and sons Psalm, and Saint.

However, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star officially filed for a divorce from the 45-year-old singer in 2021. She went on to cite the reason as irreconcilable differences.

Moreover, the ex-couple had also initially agreed to share joint custody of their children before a breakdown in 2022. It ended up with Kardashian and West clashing multiple times over their children.

Besides that, the SKIMS founder eventually broke her silence over the antisemitic remarks made by West.

She shared, ‘Hate speech is never OK or excusable. I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric toward them to come to an immediate end.’
