Jonathan Majors’ driver to testify in domestic allegation case

Jonathan Majors recently shared that the driver who was chauffeuring him and his now former girlfriend on the night of their alleged domestic incident will testify in his favor. Moreover, he submitted a video to prove that she was not injured when she visited a club b after their alleged altercation.

Jonathan Majors submits a new video to prove his innocence

As per TMZ, Jonathan Majors’ attorney Priya Chaudhry filed for documents on Wednesday in Manhattan.

In addition, she revealed to the court that the man who drove them witnessed the incident. Also, the driver is all set to take the stand to say that Majors did not strike the woman. 

Furthermore, the documents state that the driver saw the accuser assaulting the Creed III star around 1 am. He alleged that she was trying to steal Majors’s phone.

Besides that, Chaudhry also said that they have security footage to prove that the women went out to a club after the alleged incident.

Additionally, in the screenshots of the video we can see the woman clearly using her right hand which she had alleged Majors had broken.

Subsequently, Chaudhry added that the accuser sent Majors multiple texts accusing him of infidelity as well as threatening suicide.

Jonathan Majors was taken into custody on 25th March under the charges of domestic disruption allegations.

Besides that, he has been charged with attempted assault, misdemeanor assault, harassment, and aggravated harassment. 

A spokesperson of NYPD issued a statement about the incident.

They mentioned, ‘The victim informed police she was assaulted.’

They added, ‘Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident. The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.’

However, Majors representative has adamantly denied the claims in an email to the AP.

It read, ‘He has done nothing wrong.’

They confirmed, ‘We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.’

Meanwhile, Majors attorney Priya Chaudhry released a statement to address the incident shortly after Variety released the article.

She said, ‘Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone.’

She went on to add, ‘We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated.’

Regardless, Majors eventually got released from custody on his own recognizance but was ordered limited protection. He is scheduled to appear in court on 8th May.
