In a recent video for Cosmopolitan’s “If It Were Me” series, released on July 15, the singer revealed her unique approach to starting a family. Siwa stated:
“Because I’m gay as sh*t and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates. So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately.”

“I would break up with her. Divorce.”
Siwa’s determination about the names and her firm stance on the matter led her to discuss these topics early in her relationships. She elaborated:
“That is something that I talk about very early on with a partner.”
Her surrogacy plans include a tentative timeline, aiming to have her children within three years. She mentioned having already gotten tattoos dedicated to her future kids, securing a sperm donor, and being mentally prepared for the journey ahead.
Despite the criticism, Siwa remains steadfast in her vision. At the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards, she reiterated her commitment to her future family. She told E! News, “I got three tattoos dedicated to them. Got a sperm donor lined up. We’re ready. We just gotta be patient. I got a couple of years.”
Moreover, Siwa shared in a February 2024 interview with Access Hollywood that her initial plan was to have the children separately. However, she now prefers to have them all at once, emphasizing her eagerness to start her family sooner rather than later. Reflecting on her professional goals, she stated on “The Greatest Podcast Ever” in 2023 that performing at the Super Bowl was her ultimate career ambition, after which she intended to “retire and have babies.”
