Joe Jonas claimed the fact that he once needed a “mid-wardrobe s-t change” because he pooped his white pants amid a performance. On Friday’s episode of the ‘Will & Woody‘ podcast, the Jonas Brothers singer, 33, discussed his restroom mistake, which occurred ‘around four years ago’. “I believe it could have been a little toot, something else, something a little extra,” he joked. Jonas’ bowels revolted while wearing a light-colored suit, making matters more complicated. “It was like mid-wardrobe sh-t change during the set,” he said. He explained, “It was a terrible day to wear white clothing.”. The “Sucker” singer joked that he was “able to work through” the trauma of pooping on stage “through plenty of therapy.”

Despite Jonas not revealing which show the mishap occurred on, or if Nick and Kevin were made aware of it, he did suggest that observant fans might know what happened. The DNCE frontman may laugh about it now, but he was worried at the moment that someone would discover what happened. Chris Brown and Ed Sheeran are two such celebrities who have confessed to defecating in their trousers. “The audience wasn’t aware of it, and I had like a wardrobe change heading up, so I said, ‘Yeah, I could hold it out one more song,'” Brown recounted in 2011 on an episode of MTV’s “When I Was 17.” “And this is truly revolting and overly descriptive… “All I remember is it running down my leg,” he explained.

Joe Jonas Reveals That He Had To Go To A Lot Of Therapy After Pooping In His White Pants While Performing On The Stage

The Jonas Brothers are merely human, as their song states, and this sometimes leads to mishaps on stage. During an appearance on KIIS FM’s Will & Woody radio show in Australia on Thursday, July 13, Joe Jonas recalled an unpleasant episode from four years ago. The music sensation, now 33, was performing on stage with his brothers when he pooped his white trousers. In spite of it being fresh, I have managed to work through it thanks to a lot of therapy,” he joked. “Let’s just say it was a bad day to wear white.” You assume it was just a simple toot, but it might have been something else altogether. So it was kind of like a mid-set wardrobe s-t change.” Jonas went on to claim that if you’re aware of where to look, you may see footage of his anguish. During the show, there was a wardrobe change halfway through, and in retrospect, it might have seemed like a bit of an odd decision to change clothes that quickly. The poop was light and not a full one, so I was able to tell the tale.”

Although Jonas was concerned that people in the crowd might have noticed what happened, he now believes that nobody was the wiser at the time of impact. All the time, I believed that somebody would witness what was happening and know what was going on,” he said. “It was not as big a deal as I imagined it would be.” But that’s life. Many artists have experienced this. I feel like I’ve paid my dues and am now a member of some secret society. Among the members of that club are Phoebe Bridgers and Ed Sheeran, two artists who have previously spoken with the media about public stomach issues. Bridgers, 28, recounted one show where she pushed through stomach poisoning during a 2020 Instagram Live session. Bridgers explained that the label did not put any pressure on her, but rather told him that it was awesome that he had booked. “They didn’t put any pressure on me; I was simply trying to hide how sick I was,” she said. In the beginning, I was sweating and saying, “I’m fine.” Then I got on stage, and three songs in… it wasn’t much. It’s not like I f-king destroyed myself.”
