Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have filed a lawsuit against a Florida woman for false human trafficking charges against them. Andrew Tate is once again in the spotlight and this time it’s for taking action against a Florida woman who accused him and his brother of all the serious allegations that caused him to stay in Romanian custody.

However, it was shocking when he and his brother were taken into Romanian custody for some serious charges. Both Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were accused of being involved in human trafficking, rape, and organized crime acts.
After being months in custody though. The duo are now under house arrest. While now they have taken legal action against their accusers as well.

After coming out to stay under house arrest, both Andrew and Tristan have now filed a lawsuit against a Florida woman and some others over falsely accusing the brothers of human trafficking and other charges. The lawsuit against the Florida woman is for $5 million.

The filed lawsuit has been done in Palm Beach County as the Florida woman and her parents are residents of that region. The lawsuit names five in it including the Florida woman, her parents, another woman, and her male friend. As they had lived in the Bucharest estate of Tate.

As per the Tate brothers, the five named in the lawsuit had falsely accused them of human trafficking, rape, and other charges. That has cost them in so many ways impacting their freedom and other professional works. In fact, the attorneys of Tate have called the Florida woman “a professional con artist”.
Further, the woman has been accused of pursuing Tristan for sexual relationships to come to Romania. Post which she tried to do fraud with the Tate brothers. In the lawsuit, Tate brothers clarified that women in their place were having the freedom to come and go whenever they wanted. While it stated many other details too.
