Joe Gatto announced surprising and shocking news of his exit from the famous prank show of truTV, “Impractical Jokers”. Gatto announced this news on Friday night. He also shared the news of his separation from his wife, Bessy. And said that he wanted to invest more time in co-parenting his children.
Joe Gatto’s and His Buds Statement
Joe Gatto said, “Sorry in advance for the long and more serious-than-usual note below. I just wanted to let you all know that I will no longer be involved with ‘Impractical Jokers”. Joe Gatto also said, “Alongside my friends, I’ve devoted a decade of my life to building this franchise. Also, I couldn’t be prouder of what has been accomplished. However, due to some issues in my personal life, I have to step away. Bessy and I have decided to amicably part ways. So now I need to focus on being the best father and co-parent to our two incredible kids.”
Gatto’s chums also expressed their sadness on their parting ways from their bud. Murray, Quinn, and Vulcano said in a statement, “Hi everyone, so here we are…After all these years together, we never imagined making ‘Impractical Jokers’ without Joe. While we are saddened to see him go, we want to keep making people laugh, keep our relationship working with the members of our team that we consider family. With the support of our fans, we’ll get back to making a new chapter of ‘Impractical Jokers’ in January”.
Gatto, one of the founding members of the comedy prank group, “The Tenderloins”, has left a bright impact throughout his journey. And says that he knows that Murr, Q, and Sal, his most important relationships outside the family would surely continue to make the world laugh.
Joe Gatto Expressed His Thankfulness
Gatto expressed his gratitude towards the amazing fans he had throughout. He thanked them all to allow him to make them laugh throughout the journey of “Impractical Jokers”.
And said a very beautiful statement for his fans that, though laughter is the best medicine, seeing them laugh has indeed been his own medicine, especially in times of despair and difficulties.
Working through all the challenges he is facing, Joe Gatto expressed with much love, that he hopes to and is excited to create new ways to entertain his fans.
