BTS member Jin has been making headlines for reasons other than his music. BTS members live together under one roof and fans are well aware of the same. However, they own stunning properties as well.
Properties owned by Jin
BTS member Jin has bought several properties in the last few years. Moreover, the portfolios of all the members of the K-pop band stand out due to the high-end properties they’ve bought. Among the many posh properties Jin owns, two of them are in Hannam The Hill.
Hannam The Hill happens to be one of the most luxurious and posh apartment complexes in the country. Many celebrities and well-known personalities have bought properties over there. Jin made two purchases in the posh area.
Jin bought his first apartment in The Hill in 2018. However, he owns 65% of the house, he has transferred the property to his parents. The 614-square-foot property values around $1.52 million. A year later, he, however, sold the property and instead bought a much bigger property. The house is about 2,508 to 2,520 square feet of floor area.
Moreover, Jin bought another property in the same locality in the year 2020. It is a 2,200-square-foot house valuing around $3.7 million.
BTS Members Live Together
The K-pop band started living in Hannam The Hill in 2017. Sources revealed that the band bought a new apartment in the complex and henceforth, relocated from their previous apartment. Presently, they live together in a suite costing $6.53 million. The suite has an area of 300 square meters and the band uses the same suite for the music video of ‘Life Goes On’.
However, all the members are on an extended break for now. It is not clear if they are currently living together or all are back to their respective homes. According to reports, they will resume work from March.
