Harry Styles was left chuckling after a fan pelted him with a chicken nugget during his most recent performance.

Here is everything you need to know.

Harry Styles halts the show to address the fan who threw a chicken nugget

Harry Styles was bemused when a fan threw a couple of chicken nuggets at him during a concert over the weekend. He was performing at the Madison Square Garden on Saturday night.

The Golden singer was in the middle of his gig when suddenly a few nuggets landed at his feet. Furthermore, a video of the incident went viral on social media.

In the clip, the 28-year-old hitmaker knelt to pick up the food. He asked the crowd in a bemused voice, ‘Is this a chicken nugget?!’

Styles then held the nugget and said, ‘Interesting, very interesting approach.’

He then mentioned, ‘Who threw the chicken nugget? It’s another chicken nugget,’ referring to when another nugget was subsequently thrown on the stage.

Moreover, the crowd goers went on to chant for him to eat the breaded meat piece saying, ‘eat it, eat it.’

However, the Watermelon Sugar artist politely declined their pleas by reminding them, ‘I don’t eat chicken, sorry. I don’t eat meat.’

Styles eventually addressed the person who chucked the food. He added, ‘There you go, you can have your nugget back. First of all, this is cold and I’m assuming very old.’

He then asked them if they would like the nugget back. After the fan gave an affirmative response, Styles retorted with, ‘You want it back? Why?’

Regardless, he threw the food back towards the crowd and insisted, ‘Alright, here you go. Don’t eat it.’

He further warned, ‘Oh now it’s on the floor, we will get you another nugget, OK? Fear not.’

Musicians who have faced similar situations

Harry Styles is not the only artist who has been forced to deal with food-related interruptions during a show.

Most recently, Kid Cudi walked off the stage after the crowd started throwing water bottles at him during his performance at Rolling Loud Miami.

Meanwhile, Styles’ absence from the 2022 MTV VMAs did not go unnoticed. The British singer-songwriter was nominated for eight categories and even managed to bag a win.

The former One Direction member is current on his ‘Love On Tour’ and hence missed the event.
